Prime Minister Approves Financial Assistance for Delegation in Aafia Siddiqui Case

In a significant development concerning the case of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has signed a summary to provide financial support to the delegation working on her release in the United States.

The Additional Attorney General informed the Islamabad High Court about the signing of the summary, and a representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that the visas for the delegation members are expected to be approved within the next week.
